Through the brokers we can place orders .
2types of orders – buy and sell .
validity defers on the basis of long , long unwinding , short and shortcovering where short n short covering should br done before market close of the day
whereas long position is not limited by any time frame

Yes it is possible if the company and our broker is listed both in NSE and BSE . the limitation is it cannot be done in intra day trading since it takes T+2 days for the transaction to complete in an exchange .

Nope , by SEBI norms a share holder neither ask for refund of his share nor urge for dividends since the amount is invested in the business . The sole authority of giving bonus or dividends is with the MD or CEO of the company
