Hammer is a pattern where the lower tail should be minimum two times of its body size. The upper tail should be invisible or very small in size. Volume should be high during the hammer day. Hammer is a bullish strength and shows the strength of buyers.Long position can be considered.

Piercing pattern is a trend reversal.
The body should cover the previous days low.
Current days body should cover at least 50%mark of previous body.
The upper tail should not be very big.
Buy : when the high crosses of past two days.
Sell : when the low crosses of past two days.
