Stock Trading is perceived to be quick money making instrument, which is untrue, as it requires proper knowledge and discipline to do and succeed in trading. With proper analysis skills and risk vs reward decision we can end up in profit.

The buyer will be first choiceĀ in the buyers list as the price is quoted higher than market price. Sellers would be willing to sell at the price quoted by the buyer. The order will be executed immediately.

Share holder can sell the share in secondary market and price would be paid to him in either (T+1) days. Dividends are declared by the company. Its a company’s decision to declare dividend to the shareholders. Shareholders can question the same during the AGM meet as part of their right.
