Stock market is a place where buyers and sellers of stocks meet to trade shares, this happens through a lot of bargains and when a price is fixed, a trade happens. SEBI verifies and gives allowance to companies to enter the stock market, and it also acts as a judge in stock market related problems. The stock market is governed by an Exchange which regulates the market. An individual should open an account in the brokerage in order to trade stocks. An individual needs a demat account to store the stocks he/she bought. the stocks are stored and safeguarded and released on request by the depositary. A company enters stock market through the IPO.
