    Yes. That scenario is called Arbitrage (buying in one market and simultaneously selling in another market, getting profit from the temporary price difference). This is a riskless profit for the trader because the trader already knows the price of a particular stock in both the markets.

    An arbitrage opportunity ceases to exist when the Transaction cost outweighs the profit made from that trade.

    buying stocks from BSE and selling it on NSE is possible but intraday  trading is not possible

    Yes it is possible to buy stocks from BSE and sell it in NSE, provided the company is registered in both the exchanges. Intraday trading however is not possible, as the position needs to be closed on the same day with the same exchange and same broker
