Buy Stocks from BSE & Sell it on NSE :

Shares can be bought from BSE and sold in NSE this buying & selling is called Arbitrage Trade provided both the Company’s are registered in the same Exchange.

How and what is the limitation : Intraday is not possible as the position needs to be closed on the same day and same broker.

It is possible to buy stocks from BSE and sell it on NSE, provided the company is registered with both the exchanges. This type of trading is also known as Arbitrage Trading. This type of trade cannot take place during Intraday as the position needs to be closed on the same day with the same broker and exchange.

<span style=”color: #000000; font-family: ‘Helvetica Neue’, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;”> If you realize the same stock is quoted at different prices in the 2 exchanges i.e NSE and BSE, you can trade  by buying the stock in one exchange and selling it in other and make a profit.</span>

    <span style=”color: #000000; font-family: ‘Helvetica Neue’, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;”> You cannot do intraday trading.</span>

Yes, its possible. Its known as “Arbitrage Trade”. If the company is registered in both BSE & NSE, then its possible to buy/sell from one exchange and sell/buy in another. This is a technique to utilize the benefit of price difference between the BSE & NSE of a stock.

The limitation is that the trading is not applicable for Intraday as it requires one to hold the share.
