Why do we need to close the intraday position on the same day? Is it mandate?

intraday position cratered for intraday  if that position not closed same day it not intraday. so it mandate to closed intraday position

The analysis for intraday is valid only within the closing of the day.so it is compulsory to exit within the day closing

it is recommended that the positions are closed by the same day. If one is buying the stocks, it may get delayed till a max period of T+2 days. But the position has to be made on the same day. while selling, one has to sell on the same day to avoid the penalty issued to them.

Intraday position should close on the same day, because settlement will happen on every day after 3.45 pm if not close within in a day penalty will occur for traders

We have to close the intraday Posittion on the same day because we trade with minimum margin, we also specify the nature of trading before placing orders. We have to exit on or before cut off time i,e 3.15
