IPO: Initial Public Offer, Whenever we want to start a business our own with full of our capital we called it as Sole Owner of the Company. IF you started the company with group of people we called it as partnership.
If you want to start a company with huge capital and if you managed to get the amounts from the different peoples they don’t each other and no of peoples are around 50 we called it as Private organisation.
If you want to start company with huge capital and we are not in position to manage the all the amounts, then will go for the IPO. IPO application we will submit to SEBI based on the transparency SEBI will approve the IPO.
