    Gaps are named based upon the region where it occurs, either trendy or non trendy.

    1. Area gap

    2. Break out gap

    3. Run away gap

    4. Exhaustion gap.

    there are four types of gap

    area gap (if it is in the trending zone)

    breakout gap (if it is away from the trending zone )

    runaway gap (a gap which is formed after a breakout gap)

    exhaustion gap (if the gap is filled the same day)

    Gap name is based on zone where it is appearing .

    Common area – area gap

    Buyer or seller area – break out gap

    buyer /seller area -( after break out gap ) – run away gap

    buyer /seller area – (it is run way gap which gets filled on the same day ) – exhaustion gap
