the position should be closed within the day before the settlement time or else the settlement wont be done to the seller or buyer.

RSI is relative strength index which is used in non trending zone and if the line crosses 30 mark buying can be done and if crossed below 70 line then selling can be done

area gap – it is formed in the non trending zone and it will be filled easily
breakout gap- after a area gap if a gap appears with high volume means then it is breakout gap.

there are four types of gap
area gap (if it is in the trending zone)
breakout gap (if it is away from the trending zone )
runaway gap (a gap which is formed after a breakout gap)
exhaustion gap (if the gap is filled the same day)

covering previous day body fully is called engulfing pattern
trend should be bearish for bullish engulfing pattern and vice versa
the engulfing body should cover the whole body of previous day

volume denotes the pressure on the day in case of bearish day it denotes the selling pressure. while on bullish day it denotes the buying pressure

piercing pattern is a reversal pattern and a rare pattern too.
-the trend should be bearish
-volume should be high
-upper tail need not to be high
-body should cover half of the previous day body
the shares shall be bought at the highest of last two days high and the stop loss is lowest of two days
