Dow Theory includes the Higher Top’s and Higher Bottom’s. This Theory is used for Long Term. In the below chart in Vedanta we can see that it formed Dow theory. At after two Higher top’s we can place a buy order after crossing the second High Top Position. And we can exit when it formed Double Top Position. In between these is the Profit.
