Technical analysis consider historical price and volume data to predict future trend by mathematical calculations. There are many indicators. Moving average keep on using latest data for calculations. RSI is the indicator used to understand overbought and oversold condition. Golden Ratio is the number generated by dividing a number in Fibonacci series by earlier number in same series. Its value is almost near to 1.618. Same Golden ratio can be used as indicator to predict support and resistance level.
