The Tops and Bottoms are marked for the period of two years, Then the Qualified Higher tops & Higher bottoms or Lower tops and Lower Bottoms are marked.Once there is qualified Higher bottom and Higher top or Lower top and Lower bottom then Entry point, Target and Stop Loss is set. Entry Point is when the price goes above the higher top or lower bottom with good volume and Stop loss is previous higher bottom or lower top and Target is equal to Stop Loss.
