Technical indicators are supportive tool for the technical analysis and not decision makers. It is a ready made analysis. They are mathematical calculations based on the price and volume.

If the price is above the average it is Bullish trend.
If the price is below the average it is Bearish trend

RSI – Relative Strength Index
RSI indicates  the strength of price movements.
RSI>70 Â means the stocks are over bough
RSI<30 means the stocks are over sold.
When the stock becomes oversold it crosses below 30 mark and moves back again above 30, stock can be bought above this mark.

The ratios are based on the distance between fibonacci numbers. If we use three numbers from a simple fibonacci series (1,1,2,3,5,8,13,21,34,55…)
Examples:
1. (34-21)/34 = 38.2%
2. (34-21)/55 = 23.6%
3. (34-21)/21 = 61.8%
This ratio helps in identifying lines in the stock price movement that help in identifying support and resistance levels.

Fibonacci retracements use horizontal lines to indicate the area of support and resistance.
Its calculated by locating the high and low on the chart.

If the low of one day is higher than the high of previous day or the high of one day is lower than the low of the previous day, the space between two price is known as GAP
