Market decides the stock price. Market is the area were buyers and sellers bound to agree on the stock price. The stock prices of buyers, stock prices of sellers are listed for a particular stock.
These prices are sorted in Descending for Buy and Ascending for Sell.
Based on the match, the market keep on updating the price list.

A share holder can be general public, employee or institutional. Now, is there any restrictions for theseĀ people to sell their allocated shares in IPO, to sell in secondary market? Is there any lock-in period ? For an employee he may not sell their IPO shares in Secondary Market for a period of three years.

We do place our jewels in locker. The locker may be with a private company or a bank.
Similarly we do need a secured place to keep our stocks. This locker is nothing but Demat account. (Dematerialized Account)
In the case of bank locker they do provide a key which we can open and no other person can open without your knowledge.

But our financial status ensures that we do buy a property based on our own limits.
