IPO is the shares offered by the company in order to raise the capital.If a company needed 1000cr the can collect it from the people and in return the company distributes shares of the company.
One has to approach the SEBI in order to perform IPO operation.

Primary Market is the market in which the shares are directly offered by the company.
Secondary market is the market in which the stocks are traded between people (i.e) from one person to another.

Share holder has no rights to ask for refund ,profits and dividends of the company. The person can sell shares if they want to get money out of it.The company can make use of their profits for further development of the company.

Investment is nothing but holding a stock for a long period of time and expecting a return from it.He/She is considered as owner of the stock when he is investing in a Stock.
Trading is simply buying and Selling of stocks.When the buyers price matches with the seller then the trading occurs.Trading can be short term or long term.
