    We have an DEMAT a/c for placing a order in the stock market. The a/c are under the control of SEBI. On the user id we can make buy order or sell order.

    There are 3 types of order: 1. Normal order 2. Super multiple 3. Stop loss order

    The order are valid for one trading day only. If the stock cannot be buy or sell with in the day. The order will be cancel automatically..

    Long means share are buy and hold it for long term basis it is called as long team stocks..

    Short means share are buy and sell it quickly it is called as short term stocks..

    Long unwinding means the underlying asset will be consider as unwinding the long position when both price& open interest goes down.. when price goes down with open interest , there is expectation from derivative segment for stocks  to go down further it is called as long unwinding..

    Short covering means the underlying asset will be consider as covering the short position when price goes up & open interest goes down..

    Primary market means the shares are directly purchase from the company,

    Secondary market means the shares are purchase and sold in between the public it self it is known as secondary market.

    The main role of SEBI is to protect the investors money.

    Investment means the stock which is purchase for long term basis is known as investment.
    Trading means the stock which is purchase for short term basis and shares are sell quickly is known as trading.
