Stock Market – Yeah you know what it is ;)

Stock Market is a common platform to trade shares of different companies and is being regulated by SEBI. The companies which wants to expands its business and in need of financial assistance could apply through SEBI and should be open to sharing their ownership of the company to the public, which first goes on to public as IPO. Later on, people interested on any company could get its ownership through the stock market(secondary market) by buying the company’s share for a traded price.
