The share holders are owners of the company, SEBI is the controlling agency which works for the interest of the investors.company and brokers equally. No refund/ dividend can be asked by the investor. Investment and trading is different. Sensex and Nifty are the index of the market .Over all the basic terms in stock market , face value, dividend, bonus share, split share etc ….

When people used to trade in BSE there will be only option to buy and sell stocks.But NSE introduced varieties in trading i.e. futures and options. so people moved to NSE from BSE and thus NSE become popular
