Stock market is secondary market. IPO is primary, company raises capital by invoking IPO, in Stocks company does not directly involve, its the transaction where buyers and sellers involve and the price of the share is driven by demand and supply.

Bonus and Dividend are different options of sharing profit ofthe company with share holders, which decreases the reserve profit
Split is dividing the share in to 2 and this can bring price down of a share
FaceValue – amoiunt on the stock certificate, it has no relation with market price of a stock
