Stock Analysis types and understanding

There are two types of Stock analysis fundamental and other is technical. Fundamental analysis helps in long term investment decision whereas technical is for short term positional trading. fundamental analysis requires Company’s financial, data regarding all factors affecting company’s business like global & domestic factor, economic, environmental, political changes, competition, projects in hand, product life cycle, future earning capability of business etc. Technical Analysis requires past price movement including its open, close, high and low prices, volume traded etc. It involves statistic presentation of price and volume data. Presentation can be in charts, graphs. Investment or trading decision should not be taken based on the news.
