Step 05 – Dow Theory

Dow theory is the basis for technical analysis providing great insight into supply and demand using which we can draw patterns to find market movement. While Bullish and Bearish conditions can be arrived using Dow Theory, usually it is too late, but other patterns can be derived using this to predict movement better.
