Stock market is used to sell or buy a company shares which are listed in stock exchange. At very first time company sells share through IPO to collect money from public for their business which is happen in primary market. Stocks are exchanged from seller to buyer through secondary market is called stock market. NSE and BSE are know stock exchange in India and the regulator body of these exchange is SEBI . Average of top 50 company in NSE called NIFTY and average of top 30 company in BSE called SENSEX. Dividend, Split and bonus are the profit to give for the shareholders, but it is irrelevant to traders.
