Dow theory concept we can understand the price movement.It is a technical analysis. Dow Theory is a study of charts and Understand the price movement. If demand is garter then supply (demand >supply) there are more buyer in market. In case supply garter then demand (supply>demand) there are more seller in market .Dow theory is not study a whole company .it is observing the chart.

The higher top (or) higher bottom with the volume represent the bullish, lower top (or) lower bottom with the volume represent the bearish.
bullish shows more buyer in the market and bearish shows more selling is happening in the market
