Moving Average is an indicator that smoothens the trend of volatile stocks. It helps to identify the trend direction and to spot support or resistance levels for the stock.
    • Trend is bullish when the stock price line is above the moving average line.
    • Trend is bearish when the stock price line is below the moving average line.
    • If the stock price movement is Trending (up or down), moving average can be an exceptional indicator.
    • If the stock price movement is sideways (Non-trending), moving average is inconclusive.
