Gaps are giving the trend indication,it will help the market position. Gap is the measure, the strength of the trend and it also indicates the phase of the trend. The brake out gap is also called bullish brake out,it shoots the price to such a extend that the price open well above previous peak,it occurs in trending zone. The Exhaustion gap appears if the stock opens at high price and due to any uncertainty the selling price increases and price falls below previous peak, it is called exhaustion gap.
