Dow theory was founded by charles dow. This theory will be useful to know the trend of the market whether it is bullish(showing a tendancy to rise in price) or bearish (tending to fall in price). Line charts are using dow theory. With the help of line chart we know the higher top and higher bottom and lower top and lower bottom with volume using in technical analysis and it will be very useful for doing better stock trading business.
