Stock market is a place where buyers and sellers meet to buy or sell shares of listed companies at the best prices available, which is called as Market price. We need Stock market for buyers and sellers to know the best prices available for their trade and also to trade at ease. SEBI is the regulatory body of Stock markets in India established to protect the interest of the investors in the market. Primary market is buying shares directly from the company through IPO. Secondary market is buying shares through different persons via share markets. Shareholder has no right to ask for dividend or refund. Face Value, Dividend, Bonus or Split has got no relevance for the traders.
