Introduction to stock trading

Stock trading is a process by which a seller and buyer implements the trade or transaction of shares. The order in the trade can be either long or short based on the nature of the market. Bullish markets will require long position and bearish market requires short position. Based on the time duration required to complete the trading cycle it can be classified in to intraday and positional trading. INtraday trading requires the trading cycle to be completed with in a day and positional trading can be anytime limit more than a day. Short position can’t be implemented in the position trading unless we consider the future and options market. We should have a proper tradeplan to differentiate our trading from gambling.
