Share holder is a person who holds a Share in Company’s Capital. He is considered as Owner of a Company. He has the right to receive to Dividend, Bonus, Voting Power etc
Stock market is divided into Primary market and Secondary Market. Company meets the public through IPO in Primary market. As the Investors can not ask for refund of money, Shares are traded in Secondary Market. This Secondary market is regulated by SEBI Example: BSE, NSE

    We have MSEI for stock trading in india, but it New not very popular. Hence trading in this exchange can be avoided
