Intraday trading – Scope and limitations.

Intraday trading is trading for a day. Settlement takes place at EOD. It is a sentiment driven trading and not positional based trading . There is very limited time to decide on the stocks to trade. So a logical top down approach if the best way forward. Trading should be initiated by being very clear on the entry and exit levels. The risk taking ability should be clear. The total risk amount should be divided by the total trades to be executed. We should be happy if we get 52 right and 48 wrong in our trading . Some money in the pocket is always good.
