Intraday trading is entirely different from regular positional trading.
Intraday trading is driven by market sentiments based current events/news which may not have long term impact. Whereas positional trading requires analysis of demand & supply, technical chart analysis, price Vs volume analysis, etc.
All trade positions are required to be closed before the end of the session. If not, exchange will close the deal at closing price of the day. Besides attracts penalty too.
Intraday trade positioning is most suitable during morning time between 9.45 to 10.15 am; midday between 12.45pm to 1.30 pm and again toward end of session between 2.30 pm to 3 pm.
Intraday trading is favourable if stocks are identified which follows market trend and applied suitable trade positions accordingly.
