Futures and Options

Derivatives instruments such as Futures and options derive their value from an underlying security like a share, debt instrument, currency or commodity. Futures and options are the two type of derivatives commonly traded. The Derivatives market permits the buyers and sellers to exchange the trade on a future date at an agreed price either with an Obligation or without an obligation in Options.
