Pros – useful for long term investments, As it studies complete financial aspects of a company it gives a reliable results and Cons 1) Data required are not easily available. 2) Data are accessible only to highly influential people.3) It is a lengthy and complex process. Technical analysis is the forecasting of future financial price movements based on an examination of past price movements and its uses patterns in market data to identify trends and make predictions
and its Pros- We can exactly know the entry point and exit point, Volume trend ,short term market indication and visual indication all these things we can get from technical analysis which makes path to trade with reliable returns.
Cons- We keep tracking the market always if we miss the particular time we need to wait another period, market is fluctuating, we cannot get the top high. Inputs for both the analysis, For fundamental analysis is like historical data long time process we need everything about the company ledgers, future plan, public demand about the company , govt., plans about the company, R&D plan, fund details, quality of the company product etc.,
For technical analysis is like instrumental data short time process to acquire data we need only the past traded data and we have three types of charts, Line chart, Bar chart and Candlestick chart among that candlestick chart we can see all data in one short.
