Golden mean is the number achieved by dividing the next number in the Fibonacci series with the current number. This will yield 1.6xx.

This is true after the 6th number in Fibonacci series.

the logic is

if a number is divided by the previous number the value is approximately 1.618  (ex: 21/13=1.6153)
