    This ratio was found by fibonacci which is found Aas follows:

    Fibonacci- 0 and 1 is the original number and adding the latter with the former in the sequence will be a serious of numbers

    0,1,1, 2,3,5,8,13 and so on

    The Fibonacci series is a sequence of numbers starting from zero arranged in such a way that the value of any number in the series is the sum of the previous two numbers.
    The Fibonacci sequence is as follows:
    0 , 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34, 55, 89, 144, 233, 377, 610

    Divide any number in the series by the previous number; the ratio is always approximately 1.618.
    The ratio of 1.618 is considered as the Golden Ratio, also referred to as the Phi. When used in technical analysis, the golden ratio is typically translated into three percentages: – 38.2%, 50% and 61.8%.

    The golden ration/golden mean appears frequently enough in the timing of highs and lows and price resistance points that adding this tool to technical analysis of the markets may help to identify fibonacci retracements , the key turning points in price movements.
