    1. This analysis is essential for stronger hands (investors with heavy investment amount)

    2. Can be used to identify the full detail of the company (from growth perspective)

    Cons:

    1. Cost/Time of performing this analysis is huge

    2. Wont be feasible for the weaker hands (retail investors)

    • Fundamental analysis is more accurate than technical analysis. it gives clear idea about the company performance.
    • It helps in determining the long term investments to be made in the company.                                                                           CONS:

    Pros:  It is the best study available to do investment.  It takes into account all the factors that affect company’s revenue.

    Cons:  It involves high cost and manpower and time to do fundamental analysis.

    When it Comes to Fundamental Analysis ..

    We must admit that it is the most powerful Analysis ever available to  any one

    in fact major financial investment  company relies on it, It can be used for insider trading also

    when big hands wants to execute their own positions. It can probably determine the price action

    even before any price movement happens in the market , Hence it the most powerful type of Analysis

     

    But In fact it takes lot of time consuming method because it is combination of both types of data ( quantitative & qualitative  )

    and it can cost huge amount of money as well which it practically very difficult to afford by an average trader
