Marketing environment deals with firms ability to build and maintain a successful relationship with customers.
Firms are affected by lots of different things; a firm’s marketing environment is made up of all of the things that affect the way it operates. Some of the factor’s in a firm’s marketing environment can be controlled by the firm but some are uncontrollable. Firms need to understand their marketing environment so that they can make the most of positive factors and manage the impact of negative factors. A firm’s marketing environment can be split into three parts: internal environment, macro environment and micro environment.
Marketing environment encompasses the marketing team within an organisation and includes all of the outside factors of marketing the affect the teams ability to develop & maintain successful customer relationship with their targeted customer group.
EG : micro economics factors see how a company would to maximize the production & capacity in order to lower the prices of its products & to complete in the industry in better & efficient way.
