    Investors invest their money for some years or for even longer period.  Trading is a method of holding a stocks for a short period of time.  It could be a week or more often a day.

    TRADING IS RELATED TO INTRADAY ,WHERE THE SHARES ARE BOUGHT AND SOLD ON THE SAME DAY.

    Investment can be long term investment and short term investment.those who bought shares which is hold for more than 6months to long periods in the demat account is called long term investment and who hold with in six months period called short term investment.                                         Trading…..those who buy or sell stock with in day in stock market is called intra day trading.

    Trading is short term (varies from few minutes to a few years) whereas investments are long term (mostly more than 2 years).

    Trading requires technical analysis but investments require fundamental analysis.

    Only 5% traders make profit. In comparison, more than 5% of investors make profit.
