NSE came up recently and provides better transparency than any other stock exchanges. NSE is also comparatively a highly liquid market and is best suited for day trading and short term investments.

NSE (National stock exchange) become popular due to their Transperancy in their trading prices, and no need to stand in queue to get their shares in trading. It is the first who introduced electronic trading methods instead of open outcry floor trading.

NSE introduced futures and options trading much earlier than BSE. Also, NSE has better online trading tools/ technology when compared to BSE and also introduced Online trading much before NSE. NSE also is more transparent in their transactions than BSE.

NSE started online trading first in the stock market. It introduced e trading platform for the traders. Due to easy transactions of e shares, nse became popular.
