Consolidation ( Area GAP) – Appears inside trading range

Gap May be filled and volume is low.

Breakout GAP – Appears when price gives breakout from trading range.

Gap May not be filled and Volume is High.

Runaway GAP – Post breakout, GAP appears inside trending zone.

GAP may not be filled and volume distributed evenly.

Exhaustion GAP – If the runaway GAP filled on the same day it is Exhaustion GAP.

    Volume is very high.
