stock market is nothing but its like normal market, the difference is the product. when company needs capital for doing their business , they will approach the public through IPO under SEBI. company should follow the rules and regulations. from the public , who are all interested , they can buy from the company, that is called primary market, here each share will be equally divided by company. if someone stock holder needs to refund the stock from the company by selling stock company, its not possible, because share amount already invested in the business by company. so stock holder cant refund the invested money from the company, but he can sell his shares to someone, that is called secondary market .
