SHARE MARKET is a platform for the buyers and sellers.
A company floats the shares to raise the capital through advertisement,
IPO primary market decides the face value decided by the company. (not trading)
share market like NSE and BSE (secondary market) shares are traded by the share holdres as he can’t ask the company to give dividend, so he exchange with the other person at a price.
here the price is decided by buyers and sellers not by the company.

    Hi,
Dividends can be issued in various forms, such as cash payment, stocks or any other form. A company’s dividend is decided by its board of directors and it requires the shareholders’ approval. However, it is not obligatory for a company to pay a dividend. The dividend is usually a part of the profit that the company shares with its shareholders.
