this is the very important stage for the beginners. because we must know the logic and operating model before we start doing trading.

1, We have two markets, First and secondary.
2, First is for IPO and secondary is for exiting company stocks.
3, If we buy stocks we become a shareholder. We cant refund our money with the company. because the money is already invested in the capital. we need to go secondary market to refund.
