Basics of Stock Trading

Stock trading initiates with the issue of IPO, by the company into the ‘Primary market’ ; then Traders buy / sell shares , in the ‘Secondary market’; they can do this only by placing an order with the Broker, who in turn places the order with the exchange;
the ‘market window’ has the queue of buyers & sellers , with buyers standing in the Descending order & Sellers in the Ascending order; the Deal happens when the prices meet & is executed when the promises are met.
