Market has two types .In the Primary market where the investors buy equity from thge company directly
In the secondary market investors trade shares themselves.A share holder one who has equity or share of compay he is reffered as a co-owner
A promoter who may be owner of the company or one who provides the shares of respective company.
A director is the employ of the company.His role is to direct the company towards the Growth to make the profit
