Why do we need stock market?: as a investor in some extent he want to exit from the company.so it is the place to sell his stocks or new person he really want to incest money in company
What are the similarities and differences from other markets?: it is same like other markets but here instead of product we exchange shares
What is SEBI and its role?: it is department under control by government to regularize and monitor the companies
Who are share holder, promoter, and director? : who is investing money to business is called investor. the promoter who is having more knowledge about process/promoting the business. director is the person who is nominated by share holders.
What is the difference between primary market and secondary market?: IPO called primary market and secondary is which is doing in stock exchange
What is IPO? What is the process of applying for IPO?: initial public offer the company who is looking money from public at first time.
Can share holder has right to ask for refund / can he ask for dividends?: no share holder dont have any rights to ask dividends
What are the differences between investments and trading?: investment something called we can invest money to particular business for long time. we can sell and buy the shares on daily basis called trading.
What is Face Value, Dividend, Bonus and Split? : face value is something like the value of each share. Bonus/dividend are profit which is given by company
