Stock Market, It is where shares of different listed companies are traded.
In India, there are two primary exchanges – the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) is the regulator of both BSE and NSE Stock Markets.
When a company comes out with an initial public offer (IPO) it is called the primary market and Once the share gets listed it gets trading in the secondary market.
