*The stock market is a commonplace where buyers/sellers can trade stocks. The primary market is where the companies raise capital without having to repay them by the issuance of stocks. This process is called IPO. These stocks are traded in the secondary market by investors and other organizations.
* The stock exchange has the infrastructure to facilitate trading of shares, equities and securities. The 2 main Stock Exchanges in india are NSE and BSE which are governed by SEBI. The SEBI ensures fair trading among all entities of the stock market.
* NIFTY and SENSEX are the indices of the NSE and BSE respectively that shows the state of the current market.
