Stock / share / equity / security is one of product, and the place where trade stock is called Stock market. Also, it is called secondary market and governed by SEBI – Securities and Exchange Board of India
As invest money on other commodities (gold, Silver, Real-estate, etc., ) for creating a wealth, stock is being used for creating a wealth by investing long time.
Primary market for rasing fund for a company through Initial Public Offer (IPO) on approve for SEBI. A company issue share certificate(s) based on investment from public and institution
Secondary market where the shares are being trade as per the normal defined by SEBI
Sensex and Nifty are two large-cap indexes associated with two different stock exchanges of the country namely Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE). These are just statistical aggregate on how a change in the stock market can be measured.
